High car insurance cost?

i am currently moving and that I need to locate an inexpensive  insurance  for my spouse asap. He does not have a lot of a credit began and is 21 history that is clear. Does anyone understand what car  insurance   sites that would not be superior less than 150 per month i know it ranges for diverse people but I am stuck and need a few ideas.
